ON SALE 10am on Friday 30th October (12+, standing)

We're thrilled to announce our first outstore of 2027 as This Is The Kit returns to Marlborough for an exclusive promotional performance, this time in the beautiful setting of St. Peter's Church, at 7.30pm on Friday 22nd January to celebrate the release of brand new album, 'Ghost Coat'.

'Ghost Coat' is the seventh studio release from Kate Stables' beloved indie-folk project and the first to be self-produced. Placing friendship and community at its heart, the album was recorded at the legendary Rockfield Studios with trusted core collaborators Neil Smith, Jamie Whitby Cole and SK alum Rozi Plain and features appearances from fellow folk modernisers Richard Dawson, Sam Amidon and Ben Howard among others. It sees the band exploring new sonic and emotional territory, spanning spectral folk, hypnagogic lyricism and even 90’s-tinged slacker rock.

Tickets and album & ticket bundles (containing one copy of the new album on CD or vinyl and one ticket) are available exclusively from Sound Knowledge online from 10am on Friday 30th October

'Ghost Coat’ is released Friday 15th January on CD, LP and an indies exclusive "Poltergeist Pink" vinyl. We also have our last couple of the super limited Dinked Edition. If you're interested in one of those, purchase a standard bundle and message us about upgrading. We'd ask you to consider supporting the artist and us by buying the physical product bundles where possible- it's better value for you and will help us to deliver these exclusive events to you in future. Standalone tickets are limited to one per basket, but you can purchase as many physical bundles as you like.

PLEASE NOTE- All tickets are collection-only. We'd urge you to collect your tickets in advance from the shop but, if you can't get to us before, you can collect at the venue when doors open for the show. Please have your order number/confirmation email to hand. If you pay postage for a bundle, this will be for the album which will be sent out to you to arrive on/around the release date of 15th January 2027.

Under 16s must have tickets and be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. We can't admit under-12s for this one. This is a STANDING event but please notify us by email if you have any access requirements. For more information about outstores, please see this page.
