After another powerful solo piano set last year, we're over the moon to announce that Tom Odell will be returning to Marlborough for an exclusive promotional performance to celebrate the release of his new album 'A Wonderful Life'. Appropriately, given the album's title, Tom will be joining us in the run-up to Christmas, again taking to the piano stool in Marlborough College's striking Memorial Hall at 8.30pm on Wednesday 17th December.
Across six Top 10 albums Tom has established himself as one of the country's foremost singer-songwriters with enduring singles like 'Another Love' and the recent viral hit 'Black Friday', alongside recognition from the BRITs and Ivor Novello Awards. As well as selling out headline tours around the world, he was the support for Billie Eilish on the European leg of her 'Hit Me Hard and Soft' tour.
New album 'A Wonderful Life' embodies a universal spirit of empathetic, total honesty; one that looks out at the broken landscape of modern, fractured society but finds glimmers of beauty and hope. It's released on CD, LP and a coke bottle green transparent LP exclusive to independent retailers like us on Friday 5th September.
Tickets and album & ticket bundles (containing one copy of the new album on CD or vinyl and one ticket) are available exclusively from Sound Knowledge online from 10am on Friday 22nd August.
We'd ask you to consider supporting the artist and us by buying the physical product bundles where possible- it's better value for you and will help us to deliver these exclusive events to you in future. PLEASE NOTE- you can purchase multiple album and ticket bundles but standalone tickets are limited to one per basket.
