We're delighted to announce that James Blake will joining us for an intimate and exclusive promotional performance in Marlborough College's atmospheric Memorial Hall at 8pm on Friday 27th March to celebrate the release of his brand new album 'Trying Times'.

The Mercury Prize and twice GRAMMY-winning singer-songwriter/producer already has four UK Top Ten albums to his name, alongside collaborations with Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, Frank Ocean, ROSALÍA, SZA, Travis Scott and most recently ground breaking UK rapper Dave, who features on 'Trying Times'. The album confronts the turbulence of the last several years-- global unrest, fractured discourse, and personal reckonings while searching for empathy, connection, and love amid chaos.

'Trying Times' is released on CD, double-vinyl and a limited edition white double-vinyl exclusive to independent retailers on Friday 13th March. Albums and tickets will be available to collect from the shop from that date, or posted out to arrive on/around release day if you pay for postage. PLEASE NOTE- orders will only be posted if they contain an album bundle, ticket-only orders are to be collected from the shop or on the door of the venue. 

Tickets and album & ticket bundles (containing one copy of the new album on CD or vinyl and one ticket) are available exclusively from Sound Knowledge online from 10am on Tuesday 24th February.
