Recorded with producer Dave Izumi (Ed Harcourt, James Bay, The Magic Numbers) at Echo Zoo Studios, 'Complete Fool' captures Chloe's signature sound: layered vocals, rock-infused folk, and sweeping cinematic strings. The album embraces a creative freedom that shines through whimsical vocal touches and the warmth of flat-wound bass grooves. The result is a dynamic and emotionally rich collection of songs that balances euphoric highs with quiet vulnerability, brought to life by Chloe's striking voice and poetic lyricism.
